For 3 months I’ve been seeing Dr.Behlman at Ten Med for weekly treatment of a deep leg wound. He was thorough, caring, and always pleasant treating my leg with placenta and having all manner of wound care supplies sent to my home so I could follow up my care between visits. I tried treatment at 2 other emergency centers before I came to see Dr. Behlman with no luck. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with this wound care team. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely cared for—not just as a patient, but as a person. The staff is knowledgeable, compassionate, and incredibly attentive. They took the time to explain every step of the treatment plan and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. What impressed me most was their consistency in care and follow-through. Every visit with Dr. Behlmann felt like progress, not just a check-in. He monitored my healing closely and adjusted my care when needed to ensure optimal recovery. The level of professionalism and empathy him and his team brought to every interaction is truly rare. I’d like to highlight and recognize the individuals who helped me on my healing journey: Dr. Behlmann, Wendy, and Jesse - thank you for an exceptional experience during every visit I had. She took such good care of me and offered to write all the wound care instructions in an email to help me remember the steps. She also gave me extra ideas to help my wounds heal faster. The doctor spent a lot of time evaluating my wound and educating me on what to expect and front desk staff were very patient oriented and helpful. This office feels like good old fashioned healthcare where you are truely cared about and listened to.
