Dr. Jalil realized his true passion was to treat medical conditions and develop a model of health care delivery to provide happiness and quality of life for patients. He believes that it is just important to live well as it is to live long.
He employs cutting-edge techniques and products to heal wounds rapidly and eliminate other obstacles that interfere with enjoying life.
Tisha Tipnis, MD, CWSP
CMO & Cofounder
Dr. Tisha Tipnis trained in Internal Medicine and started her career caring for acutely ill hospitalized patients. During this time, she observed the impact of chronic medical conditions that often manifest in tissue injury and wounds, sometimes requiring extensive surgery and even amputation. She developed a keen interest and passion for discovering ways to prevent and treat acute and chronic wounds, focusing on limb preservation.
Dr. Tipnis extended her training to specialize in Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine. She became a Certified Wound Care Specialist and acquired the skills to diagnose and deliver compassionate treatment to promote rapid wound healing with the best results possible.
She is constantly researching the latest techniques and products to ensure that her patients receive the most advanced therapies possible. Through this endeavor, she has formed deep bonds with her patients and staff, which enriches her personal and professional life.
Joshua Behlmann, DO
Medical Director – Lawrenceville Center
Dr. Joshua Behlmann is the Medical Director of the TenMed Lawrenceville Center, leading advanced wound care and hyperbaric oxygen therapy services. With a strong background in urgent care medicine, he is recognized for clinical excellence, collaborative leadership, and exceptional communication with patients and colleagues.
Dr. Behlmann is known for his compassionate, patient-centered approach to wound care, integrating the latest evidence-based treatments and advanced wound-healing technologies to deliver personalized care that promotes healing and improves outcomes.
In addition to his clinical expertise, Dr. Behlmann brings extensive experience in medical operations and team development, supporting TenMed’s mission to provide accessible care. At the Lawrenceville Center, he oversees both clinical and operational functions to ensure patients receive care in a supportive, state-of-the-art environment.
